A 3D evacuation plan is an emergency escape map that presents a building floor in a three-dimensional view instead of a flat 2D drawing. Because rooms, corridors and exits look the way occupants actually see them, a 3D plan makes it faster to orient yourself, find the nearest exit and follow the escape route to the assembly point during an emergency.

A properly prepared plan shows a "You Are Here" marker oriented to the viewer's position, primary and alternative escape routes, emergency exits and staircases, the assembly point, the positions of fire extinguishers, manual call points and hose reels, and a legend explaining every symbol. Yes. Most projects start from your existing AutoCAD (DWG) or PDF floor plans, which we convert into clear 3D evacuation drawings. If drawings are unavailable or outdated, we arrange a site survey to capture the current layout before design begins.

At decision points along escape routes: lift lobbies, corridors, near staircases and emergency exits, and at building entrances. In hotels and accommodation buildings, an additional in-room fire escape plan is mounted on the back of each guest room door or the adjacent wall.

Yes. When partitions, exits, room numbers or equipment locations change, your installed plans no longer match the building and should be revised. We update existing fire evacuation maps from your new drawings and replace the installed plans.

Yes. Alongside evacuation plans we supply and install photoluminescent evacuation signage — emergency escape signs, evacuation boards, directional escape route signage and assembly point signs.
